Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end apartment sales including lead follow-up, site visit coordination, client meetings, documentation, and closing deals. Expected to have strong communication skills and local area knowledge.Handles targeted apartment sales (2BHK, 3BHK, NRI, etc.). Must have experience in objection handling, negotiation, and closing large-ticket deals. Regularly meets monthly sales targets and reports performance metrics.Handles inbound leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and website. Follows scripts, filters quality leads, and passes hot prospects to the field sales team. Ensures daily follow-ups and CRM updates. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,116.87 - ₹49,846.77 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
