SUMMARY

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Architect to join our esteemed real estate firm in Kolkata, renowned for delivering premium luxury residential and commercial developments. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping innovative and compliant architectural designs, contributing to the successful execution of high-profile projects. Your expertise will bridge conceptual vision with practical implementation, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and adherence to industry standards. This is a unique opportunity to work on iconic developments that define the city’s skyline.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and refinement of architectural designs, drawings, and spatial layouts.
Interpret and analyze project blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments, external contractors, and design consultants.
Participate in site visits, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Ensure all design outputs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution (mandatory).
2 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate or construction project environments.
Solid grasp of architectural principles, construction methodologies, and design workflows.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (preferred).
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
