Junior Analyst, IT Service Delivery

As an IT Service Delivery Professional, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and IT to ensure the successful delivery of IT services. Your responsibilities will include communicating with C-level professionals for business reporting, understanding key IT concepts, and delivering IT services to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the delivery of SLA-based IT services with high quality according to business needs. - Conduct business reporting meetings and maintain regular communication with BU Leadership. - Manage escalations from BU on pending requests, incidents, projects, or tasks to prioritize results delivery. - Collaborate with the Business Unit to assess needs and convey requirements to the Enterprise Technology team. - Work closely with technology teams to ensure a positive perception of IT within the BU. - Engage with customers and support teams in a technical and professional manner, with minimal direction. - Collaborate with cross-functional IT groups to enhance processes and systems for efficient operations. - Evaluate current solutions within the BU for redundancy, scalability, or replacement. - Identify gaps in processes and enhance delivery efficiencies. - Proactively seek process improvement opportunities, challenge conventional practices, and adopt best practices. - Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices. - Create IT reports, presentations, and reports for business reporting. - Participate actively in discussions during RCA and CAB meetings. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Basic understanding of infrastructure devices and functions (Desktop, Server, Network, Storage). - Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, quick to learn, and handle diverse issues effectively.,
