Junior Analyst, IT Service Delivery

As an IT Service Delivery Professional, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and IT, ensuring the successful delivery of IT services to support business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the delivery of SLA-based IT services with high quality, meeting the business requirements. - Holding business reporting meetings and maintaining regular communication with BU Leadership. - Handling escalations from BU on pending requests, incidents, projects, and tasks, prioritizing delivery as per BU requirements. - Collaborating closely with the Business Unit to assess needs and requirements and conveying them back to the Enterprise Technology team. - Communicating and interacting with technology teams to ensure a positive perception of IT within the BU. - Working with customers and support teams in a technical and professional manner with minimal direction, including working with vendors and service providers. - Collaborating with cross-functional IT groups to enhance processes and systems for efficient operations. - Evaluating current solutions within the Business Unit for redundancy, suitability for wider deployment, or replacement. - Reviewing processes, identifying gaps, and enhancing delivery processes" efficiencies. - Proactively seeking process improvement opportunities, challenging conventional practices, and adopting new methods and best practices. Contributing to the development and documentation of best practices. - Creating IT reports, presentations, and reports for business reporting. - Demonstrating a strong presence during discussions on RCA and CAB meetings. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people. - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Basic understanding of infrastructure devices and their functions (Desktop, Server, Network, and Storage). - Ability to work well in a busy team, quick to learn, and capable of handling a wide range of issues.,
