Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students & professionals on online UG/PG programs and certification courses
• Recommend tailored learning paths based on individual goals
• Guide students through enrollment via calls, WhatsApp and email
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Share details on courses, eligibility, scholarships, fees and career outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and academic teams
• Achieve weekly/monthly counselling and enrollment targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0 to 2 years’ experience in academic counselling, student support or inside sales (education sector preferred)
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi
• Strong persuasion, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of online education and career counselling a plus
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to multitask
