Job Description

As an Accounts Executive with over 2 years of experience, you play a crucial role in the finance and accounting team. Your responsibilities include managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing accounting software such as Tally and Zoho for financial analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank statements and financial records. - Monitor accounts receivable, send invoices to clients, and follow up on collections. - Track and categorize business expenses, ensuring proper allocation to cost centers. - Utilize Tally and Zoho accounting software to maintain financial records, generate financial statements, and conduct data analysis. - Prepare and analyze financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and reconciliations. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards, staying updated on changes in accounting regulations. - Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and comparing actual performance against budgeted figures. - Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial performance. - Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). - 2+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles. - Proficiency in Tally and Zoho accounting software. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis. - Excellent organizational, time management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Please Note: The job is full-time and requires in-person work in Hyderabad, Telangana. Candidates should be able to commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Experience in Microsoft Office for 5 years is required, along with a total work experience of 5 years. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages is also required for this role.,
