Job Description

Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-Site)
Experience: 1–2 years
Salary: Upto ₹25,000
Software: Tally ERP / Equivalent

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations, reconciliations, documentation, and GST-related tasks. The role requires accuracy, basic financial knowledge, and hands-on experience with Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily sales, purchase, expense and payment entries in Tally
Maintain ledgers, cash book, petty cash and supporting documents
Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation
Prepare basic GST working (GSTR-1/3B) under supervision
Manage invoices, debit/credit notes & follow up on receivables
Maintain inventory records and coordinate with internal teams

Candidate Requirements

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
1–2 years of accounting experience
Good understanding of Tally ERP & MS Excel
Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles
Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
