Job Title :- Jr.Accounts Executive

Experience :- Fresher 0 - 6 months

Qualification :- B.com/ B.A.F BMS in Account Specialization

Shift :- Night Shift

Working Days :- 5 (Mon – Fri) Fixed Off on Sat & Sun

Location :- Mumbai (Andheri West)

Timings :- 8:30PM - 5:30AM

Role :-

o Keen Learner - Quick to grasp accounting principles and processes, staying updated on financial regulations and software.

o Strong Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

o Attention to Detail - Ensures accuracy in managing financial records and transactions.

o Time Management - Manages deadlines for payments, reports, and reconciliations efficiently.

Responsibility :-

o Manage financial transactions – Process invoices, receipts, and payments.

o Prepare financial reports – Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

o Maintain accounting records – Update and maintain financial databases and records.

o Reconcile accounts – Ensure accuracy by reconciling bank statements and ledgers.

o Ensure compliance – Adhere to financial regulations and company policies.

Requirement :-

o A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

o Strong accuracy and attention to financial details.

o Familiarity with tools like Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting Software

o Good written and verbal communication

o Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
