Intro to Role:

We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring the day-to-day financials in more organized manner. You will be working as an individual contributor handling numerical data, multiple tasks and providing transparent & complete reports to the management.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders and generate GST-compliant invoices.
• Record purchase and sales invoices in Tally ERP.
• Reconcile bank receipts with daily/monthly statements.
• Coordinate and document hardware dispatches.
• Generate credit notes and handle refund processes.
• Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-1 returns.
• Reconcile financial data between internal systems.
• Assist in Calculation of Software Subscription Renewals

Requirements:

• (1 -4) years of experience working as an Accounts Executive.
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Expertise with Tally.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases.
• Experience of processes for TDS, GST & other taxations.
• Negotiation and Procurement with Vendors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
