Junior Accountant

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Accountant to assist in our accounting department. As a Junior Accountant, you will support the company with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare journal entries and post transactions to the general ledger.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Tally of all Stocks
• Process and verify employee expense reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Previous internship or experience in accounting is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
