Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally, GST filing, and TDS, along with a solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and statements using Tally Prime.
• Prepare and file GST returns in a timely and compliant manner.
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and filing of returns.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor statements.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6-1 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally prime.
• Good knowledge of GST laws, return filing procedures, and TDS regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling accounts in a corporate or manufacturing setup.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting tools.
