Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stock-in/stock-out management, purchase & sales booking, voucher updation, invoicing, and Tally ERP9. Exposure to GST filing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain inventory records including stock-in, stock-out, and reconciliation.
Record and process purchase and sales entries in Tally ERP9.
Ensure timely voucher preparation, updation, and posting.
Generate, verify, and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Assist in monthly stock audits and reporting.
Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
Support the finance team in ledger reconciliation and journal entries.
Assist in GST filings and compliance (optional, depending on candidate’s experience).
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in inventory management.
Proficiency in Tally ERP9 and MS Excel.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and taxation .
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in inventory control or stock management.
Knowledge of GST returns filing and compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
