Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team and support day-to-day accounting tasks, billing, and financial record management. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and documentation
- Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups- Assist in accounts payable and receivable- Prepare basic financial reports- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers- Support month-end closing activities- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting entries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books or similar accounting software- Strong understanding of accounting principles- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets- Good communication and organizational skills- Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply
