Manage day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Receipts & Payments). Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash transactions. Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per statutory requirements. Assist in monthly GST, TDS calculations, and filings. Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and ensure timely payments/collections. Support in preparation of financial reports such as balance sheet, P&L, etc. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Assist with payroll data processing and documentation if required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com); pursuing or completed CA Inter is a plus. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting. Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Data Validation, Charts, Macros preferred).. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
