Job Description

Mission Convert senior engineers’ concepts into accurate, production-ready CAD so Kunstruct can move from idea to prototype at startup speed. Key Responsibilities Create parametric 3D models and 2D drawings (Fusion 360 / SolidWorks) with proper GD&T. Iterate designs rapidly with DFM/DFA feedback from engineering and vendors. Produce quick prototypes (3-D print, foam, sheet metal) for fit and ergonomics checks. Keep a well-organised library of STEP/STL files, drawings, BOM links, and render assets. Support cost-reduction by adjusting geometry, materials, or tolerances. Must-Have Qualifications B.Des / B.E. (Mechanical, Industrial Design, or equivalent) plus a solid portfolio. Working knowledge of basic FEA/tolerance analysis and at least one rapid-prototyping process. High execution speed, attention to detail, and a “tell me once, I’ll deliver” attitude. Nice-to-Have Hands-on experience with 3-D printers, CNC routers, or shop-floor interaction.
