Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Juice Maker to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality juices, smoothies, and other beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Juice Preparation: Prepare and produce juices, smoothies, and other beverages to the required standard.

2. Ingredient Management: Manage inventory of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.

3. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain juice-making equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.

4. Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of juices and beverages, ensuring they meet our standards.

5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues.

6. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality products.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Juice Maker or in a related role.

2. Skills: Knowledge of juice-making techniques, ingredient management, and equipment maintenance.

3. Certifications: Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP) preferred.

4. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
