Jr/Sr Sales Engineer (Gas & Fire detection Projects)

Urgently looking for Sales Engineer having 1-5 years hands on experience in selling Integrated Gas & Fire Detection Systems or Process Instruments to hazardous industry project applications. To apply share your updated CV on jobs@detection-india.com

Responsibilities:

• Should have 1-5 years of hands on experience in preparing techno-commercial sales offers/quotations, bidding through E-tendering process for selling Integrated Gas, Fire and Flame Detection Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Safety Instrumented Systems.
• Should have hands on experience in bidding on e-tendering portals and preparing Techno Commercial offers for selling products and systems to customers.
• Hands on experience in following up with customers for the offers sent by calling, sending emails and visiting.
• Co-ordination, back office support with customers, resident sales team and internal departments.
• Maintaining database of sales offers and customers.
• Knowledge of various taxes applicable in selling, payment and commercial terms etc desired.
• Hands on experience in above mentioned activities in a project based company selling its products to Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Gas pipelines, Power sector, Pharma, Consultants and Process industry etc desired.

Desired Qualifications:

• Diploma /Degree engineers in Instrumentation/Electronics with 1-5 years of relevant experience as above.
• B Sc in Electronics or Physics or Instrumentation with relevant experience can also apply.
• Must have excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Must have knowledge of Computer, MS Office, Emails, Internet etc and ability to draft general letters.
• Excellent Command on written & spoken English, Computer skills & Proactive.
• Readiness to travel at customer’s location as and when required.
• Should able to understand customer’s application & offer best solutions to it.
