Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr.BIM Engineer located in Kochi. The Jr.BIM Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of BIM models, creating detailed construction drawings, and collaborating with the MEP team. Day-to-day tasks include supporting senior engineers and architects in project design, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all BIM-related deliverables adhere to established standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Background in Architecture and Civil Engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience with BIM software such as Revit is a plus
