Jr Webflow Developer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building responsive, visually stunning, and high-performing websites using Webflow. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to transform concepts and Figma designs into fully functional websites that deliver seamless user experiences. Develop responsive, interactive websites using Webflow. Translate UI/UX designs from Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD into pixel-perfect Webflow builds. Build and maintain CMS collections, animations, interactions, and custom components. Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility. Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and custom code where necessary. Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to launch new web experiences quickly. Maintain and update existing Webflow projects to align with business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. 2–4 years of experience building and maintaining websites in Webflow. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing custom code in Webflow. Proficiency in creating and managing Webflow CMS and dynamic content. Experience with animations, interactions, and micro-interactions in Webflow. Familiarity with SEO best practices, website speed optimization, and analytics integrations. Strong eye for design details and ability to maintain brand consistency. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Portfolio of live Webflow projects (required). Knowledge of Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n for Webflow automation. Experience with Shopify/Framer/Webflow e-commerce workflows. Understanding of Webflow API, custom embeds, and advanced integrations. Basic knowledge of performance marketing tracking (Google Tag Manager, Pixel setup). Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
