Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in designing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications. • Collaborate with developers and project managers to translate business requirements into creative designs. • Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and identify pain points. • Stay up to date with current UI/UX trends and best practices. • Work on design iterations based on feedback from stakeholders and users. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. • Basic understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered design approaches. • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • A strong portfolio of UI/UX projects (academic, freelance, or self-initiated). • Enthusiastic to learn and grow in a team environment. Preferred (Good to Have): • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. • Internship experience in UI/UX design. • Familiarity with prototyping tools and motion design.
