Jr. / Sr. Bookkeeper US Accounting

• Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) & general ledger
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support or lead month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare financial summaries, statements, and reports
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and adherence to compliance standards
• Maintain audit-ready financial records
• Work on accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth accounting workflows.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
• Lead process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Provide guidance, training, and support to junior team members
• Ensure timely completion of accounting deliverables
