Jr. Software Support Specialist

Penguin Data Centre Pvt Ltd. is seeking a talented and motivated Jr. Software Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will leverage your technical acumen and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues, facilitate efficient deployments, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end client support for our in-house software via email, chat, and phone.
• Manage and track support tickets, ensuring resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Diagnose issues using logs, database checks, and system investigations.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base documentation.
• Assist in software testing and quality assurance, supporting both manual and basic automation efforts.
• Execute routine test cases, report bugs, and help validate resolved issues.
• Support basic test planning and documentation to improve product quality.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients to build trust and foster satisfaction.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a technical support, client support, development, or QA role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software development or testing.
• Experience with ticketing systems and help desk software.

Shift

• 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (IST)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
