Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Site Supervisor (Waterproofing) located in Kozhikode. The Jr. Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of waterproofing projects, ensuring that work is progressing according to plans and specifications. This includes supervising site workers, coordinating with project managers, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks. The Jr. Site Supervisor will also handle site documentation and communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns. Qualifications Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related areas Experience in construction site supervision and waterproofing techniques Knowledge of site safety protocols and regulations Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields Hands-on experience with site documentation and reporting Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and site workers Prior experience in the construction chemicals industry is a plus Show more Show less
