Jr. Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Executive with an electronics background to join our team. The role involves assisting in business development, client acquisition, and sales of electronic products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of electronics along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the electronics segment.
• Assist senior sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution.
• Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales (freshers with electronics knowledge may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel for client meetings when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹29,660.21 per month
