Key Responsibilities - Jr. Recruiter (IT)

• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.
