Job Description

Critical Skills to Possess:

Junior Mobile Tester with 3–6 years of experience in manual functional, UI-Web, and mobile testing for iOS and Android. Web and Mobile automation knowledge is a plus. The role involves executing test cases, logging defects, and supporting automation initiatives. Basic knowledge of tools like Selenium, Appium, bug trackers, and API testing is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications.
Perform various types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on software quality and testability.
Automate test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks, and maintain and enhance existing test automation suites.
Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Monitor and track software defects and issues to closure, ensuring timely resolution.
