About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Python Developer

who can work independently and contribute directly to the development of high-quality backend services. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Python, Django, AWS services, and microservices-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
• Build, deploy, and manage microservices with reliable performance and security.
• Work with AWS services (minimum 1 year experience)—such as Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, etc.—for deployment and infrastructure management.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Handle end-to-end development as an Individual Contributor with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure smooth application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (as needed) for integration and deployment.
  

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, or similar).
• Experience in designing and developing microservices.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and backend architectures.
• Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
