Jr. Proposal Specialist Company: REI Systems India Pvt Ltd. www.reisystems.in Location: Baner Pune Work mode:: WFO (Hybrid) A Junior Proposal Specialist will assist in creating proposals, supporting proposal managers with tasks like research, data collection, and editing. Responsibilities : Research: Gathering information and data needed for proposals. Formatting: Reviewing and refining proposal format for accuracy, and adherence to submission guidelines. Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment. Supporting Proposal Writers: Assisting with tasks like formatting, proofreading, and ensuring compliance. Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Strong Word and Excel capabilities including formatting. Strong writing and communication skills: Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Research and analytical skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information. Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in writing and formatting. Ability to work under pressure: Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks. Qualifications : Graduation in relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business) 2 years relevant experience
