Jr. Manager / Manager - Logistics

We are looking for Jr. Manager /Manager- Logistics at Nipro India Corporation Pvt Ltd

Qualification:

Experience:

Experienced in end-to-end logistics management within manufacturing industry operations.

Strong background in plant-level logistics, including material movement, warehousing, and dispatch.

Proven ability in team handling, supervising and developing warehouse and transportation teams.

Skills:

Availability to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Good attendance and performance record in current position.

Working knowledge of ISO, QMS, EMS systems related to department

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supply Planning

Lead supply planning activities to meet customer requirement and optimizing inventory levels.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations and global SCM to manage demand and supply.

Manage KPIs including customer delivery performance, customer satisfaction and implementing corrective actions where required.

Inventory, Stores and Dispatch Management

Ensure optimized inventory level, ITO, Stock takes, cycle counts and variance resolution.

Monitor Stock aging, slow moving items and adherence to FIFO, 5S Practices.

Overseas dispatch operations, shipping documentation and domestic/International logistics GST/ / Exim benefits/ DGFT Licenses.

Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

Logistics and Compliance

Manage outbound Logistic including clearance agencies and compliance with export regulation.

Ensure regulatory, safety and H&S compliance in all logistics and storage operations

Manage customer escalation and reverse logistics processes

Leadership and Team Development

Lead, coach and mentor a team of supply chain to ensure agility and capability across function

Set, measure and KPIs for the team that align to departmental global strategy and operational excellence.

Foster cross functional collaboration with QA/QC, Finance, Production
