Job Description

Job Title: Jr. IT Support Engineer(Male)

Location: Anand, Gujarat

Experience: 6 Months – 1+ Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Depends on Interview)

Qualification: Diploma / Degree / Certification in IT or Computer Science

Job Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, workstations, and network devices.
Provide technical support: troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and networking issues; respond promptly to user requests.
Ensure security: implement firewalls, antivirus software, data backup, and disaster recovery.
Maintain documentation: record IT procedures, assist end users, and coordinate with internal teams & vendors.
Evaluate & upgrade systems: assess IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.

Requisite Skills:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware systems.
Familiarity with operating systems, enterprise tools, programming basics, and MS Office software.
Knowledge of LAN, wireless networks, servers, CCTV, and internet connectivity.

Desired Skills:

Good communication & teamwork abilities.
Quick learner with strong grasping power.
