Junior IT Support Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking fresh graduates to join our team as Junior IT Support Engineers. This role provides practical experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting in maintaining IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, applications, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot technical problems via phone, email, or in person.
• Monitor and report system and network performance.
• Assist in maintaining documentation related to IT assets, processes, and support requests.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Support data backup, recovery, and security procedures.
• Visit client locations when required to provide on-site support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fresh graduate (BSc, BCA, Diploma, BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
• Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic IT tools.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (required for client visits).
