Job Description

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management and support of

    Opera PMS

    and

    POS systems

    across the property.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot

    hotel networks

    , including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
  • Administer

    virtualization environments

    such as

    VMware

    and

    Hyper-V

    .
  • Oversee

    cloud services

    (e.g., AWS, Azure) and ensure efficient

    data backup solutions

    .
  • Deploy and manage

    Mobile Device Management (MDM)

    tools across devices.
  • Manage and maintain

    Windows/Linux servers

    , applying updates and ensuring optimal uptime.
  • Enforce

    data security, compliance

    , and

    hotel-specific IT standards

    .
  • Collaborate with

    vendors and internal departments

    to meet all IT requirements and resolve issues promptly.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of IT experience

    in the

    hospitality industry

    .
  • Deep knowledge of

    Opera PMS

    , POS systems, and

    server infrastructure

    .
  • Proficient in

    virtualization

    ,

    cloud platforms

    , and core

    network protocols

    .
  • Strong

    problem-solving skills

    with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent

    communication

    coordination abilities

    to work across departments.
