We are a fast-growing startup in the student and working professional hostel sector, currently managing 2,500 beds and scaling up to 4,000 beds by December 2025. We aim to create a strong brand presence and engaging visual identity across digital and offline platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing and operations teams by designing engaging visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and print materials. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital creatives for social media, email campaigns, and website.
• Assist in creating print materials like brochures, posters, and flyers.
• Support branding and visual communication efforts for events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to meet design requirements.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
• Basic photo editing and video content creation as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (internship or freelance experience considered).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
