Junior Graphic Designer – Real Estate Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to assist in designing marketing materials, digital content, and promotional campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, an eye for aesthetics, and a good understanding of real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for social media posts, property listings, emailers, website banners, and advertisements.
• Create brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets for real estate projects and events.
• Support the digital marketing team by providing creative visual content for online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements and project briefs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
• Edit and enhance property images and videos for online listings and promotions.
• Maintain a library of design templates, brand assets, and media files.
• Stay updated with design trends, software, and real estate marketing practices.

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proficient in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Good understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Experience:

2-3 Years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in Real Estate or Marketing Agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
