Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our dynamic advertising agency team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in developing and executing creative concepts for various advertising campaigns and projects. We hope you can put your passion for design, to create attractive images and compelling content.

Job mode: On-site

Working hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Experience required: 0 - 2 year

Responsibilities:

· Create and design various materials for digital and print (print ads, digital ads, social media graphics, billboards, packaging, and other promotional materials, etc.)

· Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality and consistent deliverables that meet project requirements and deadlines. Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.

· Excellent understanding of current design trends and techniques, and the ability to adapt and innovate accordingly.

· Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.

· Collaborate with fellow designers, creative team, including copywriters, art directors, and other designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company, aligned with the client's objectives.

· Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software

· Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale to clients while incorporating their feedback and requirements.

· Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

· Implement feedback and changes whenever possible

· Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

· Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure accurate production and high-quality outputs.

Expected qualifications:

· Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

· Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator as well as a good understanding of design principles and typography.

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design or similar field

· Attention to detail, ability to multitask

· Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects

· Time management and organizational skills

· Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, print, and web

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
