Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the upkeep of current ISO Certificates, including 9001, 14001, 45001, and maintain proper documentation.
Support the timely renewal of ISO certifications and address corrective actions identified during audits.
Assist in coordinating the renewal of additional certifications such as Halal Certification, BIS Certificate, etc.
Initial Screening of Resume before submitting to respective area.
Assist in complying with the audit requirements of 9001, 14001, 45001, and maintain proper documentation.
Halal Certification and BIS Certification, ISO 50001:2021 Ensure Smooth on Boarding of New Joiners.
Stay informed about latest ISO standards and amendments to ensuring organizational compliance.
Support the completion of Quality and EHS audits for customers and address audit-related queries Data Updating & Managing.
Support in preparing timely and accurate sustainability reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the maintenance of documentation of ISO procedures and processes, ensuring regular updates and adherence.
Drive the Training at Unit Level.
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's ISO performance.
Stay updated on relevant ISO regulations and contribute to ensuring organizational compliance.
To prepare Engagement Annual Calendar.
Collaborate with different departments to integrate ISO requirements into their processes.
