1) Provide support for installation & commissioning of plant machinery & equipment.
2) Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and machines in plants & offices by providing Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics maintenance Support. 3) PM, B/D, Predictive Maintenance of Forging and Machining Shop.4) Knowledge of Heat Treatment ,Press, Furnaces, Shot blasting, SPM, CNC,VMC,HMC,Grinding
Machinces , Hydraulic & pneumatic.
5) Working knowledge of Spindle assembly, slides, ball screw, Bearing Fitment6) Working knowledge of SAP PM Module.7) Improve MTBF & MTTR by quick response to breakdown and ensure systematic preventive
maintenance of machines & equipments.
8) Exposure to Predictive & Preventive Maintenance.9) Exposure to Hydraulics, Pneumatics & Electro Pneumatics.10) Knowledge of Oil & Lubricants11) Spare parts monitoring & control.12) Improve projects to improve overall equipment effectiveness.13) Knowledge of Documentation as per IATF, ISO & OHSAS
