Jr. Electrical Engineer

We are currently seeking a Jr. Electrical Engineer to join our team at Encore Natural Polymer Pvt. Ltd. As a Jr. Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting senior engineers in designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components. You will be responsible for performing research and analysis to contribute towards the successful completion of electrical engineering projects. Additionally, you will participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair work of electrical systems. Collaboration with team members is essential in order to achieve the desired project outcomes. You will also be required to review and monitor electrical equipment, identifying any maintenance requirements. Problem-solving skills are crucial as you will need to identify engineering issues and provide effective solutions to overcome them. Preparation of technical reports, cost estimations, and project workflows will be part of your responsibilities. It is important to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations in all electrical activities. Staying updated with technological advancements, industry standards, codes, and regulations is vital to your role. Furthermore, you will evaluate electrical systems and provide recommendations for improvements.
