Job Description

We Encore Natural Polymers Pvt. Ltd. serching for Jr. Technician Instrument. Qualification:- Diploma in Instrumentation & control .ITI (IM/ IMCP) Experience:- 1 to 4 Years Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation devices . Conduct inspections and tests on instrumentation systems to ensure their proper functioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate instrumentation systems with other systems and equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks on instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in the instrumentation system, including electric & electronic components. Carry out repair and replacements of faulty instruments and components to minimize downtime. Calibrate instruments regularly to maintain accuracy and reliability. Conduct regular calibration activities on instruments, including pressure gauge, temperature sensor, flow meter and analytical device, using calibrated reference standards. Document calibration procedures, results, and any adjustments made to ensure traceability and compliance with quality assurance. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with instruments and electrical and mechanical equipment. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
