Jr. Technician (Instrumentation)

As a Jr. Technician Instrument at Encore Natural Polymers Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve performing calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation devices. You will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests on instrumentation systems to ensure their proper functioning. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate instrumentation systems with other systems and equipment will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Your duties will include: - Performing routine maintenance tasks on instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in the instrumentation system, including electric & electronic components. - Carrying out repair and replacements of faulty instruments and components to minimize downtime. - Calibrating instruments regularly to maintain accuracy and reliability. - Conducting regular calibration activities on instruments, including pressure gauge, temperature sensor, flow meter, and analytical device, using calibrated reference standards. - Documenting calibration procedures, results, and any adjustments made to ensure traceability and compliance with quality assurance. - Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while working with instruments and electrical and mechanical equipment. - Identifying potential safety hazards and taking appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
