Jr. Technician (Instrumentation)

As a Jr. Technician Instrument at Encore Natural Polymers Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve performing calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation devices. You will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests on instrumentation systems to ensure their proper functioning. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to integrate instrumentation systems with other systems and equipment. Additionally, you will perform routine maintenance tasks on instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in the instrumentation system, including electric & electronic components, will also be part of your responsibilities. In case of faults, you will carry out repair and replacements of faulty instruments and components to minimize downtime. Regular calibration of instruments, such as pressure gauge, temperature sensor, flow meter, and analytical device, using calibrated reference standards will be necessary to maintain accuracy and reliability. Documentation of calibration procedures, results, and any adjustments made is essential to ensure traceability and compliance with quality assurance standards. Safety protocols and regulations must be strictly adhered to while working with instruments and electrical and mechanical equipment. It is imperative to identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
