Jr. Electrical Engineer

As a Junior Electrical Engineer at our company located in Mohali, Punjab, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to substation design and engineering up to 220KV. Your role will involve preparing technical documentation, developing diagrams, performing engineering calculations, reviewing drawings, and ensuring project adherence to quality standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to team development and training initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare tender specifications, data sheets, and material requisites - Develop Single Line Diagrams, schematic diagrams, schedules, and logics for EHV/MV/LV systems - Conduct substation engineering tasks including sizing calculations for electrical equipment - Execute calculations for electrical components and perform system studies using ETAP software - Review layouts and engineering drawings, prepare cable/distribution board schedules, and evaluate technical documents - Participate in meetings and contribute to team development - Manage the "Lessons Learned" database to enhance engineering practices **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years of experience in electrical design, substation engineering, or power systems - Proficiency in ETAP, AutoCAD, and other relevant electrical design tools - Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices - Ability to work effectively in a team environment If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply by sending your CV to 9041511782.
