Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Jr. Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in SEO, social media, content marketing, and online campaigns.

You will work closely with real-time projects, campaigns, and brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic link building
• Help create engaging content such as posts, blogs, banners, and captions
• Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Assist in running email marketing and promotional campaigns
• Research competitors, market trends, and audience behaviour
• Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing creatives
• Maintain reports and track campaign performance
• Support paid ads activities (Google Ads / Social Media Ads) – training provided

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication, or related field
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMO, content marketing, email marketing)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
• Good communication and writing skills
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, MS Excel is a plus
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Certification in Digital Marketing
• Basic understanding of Google Ads / Facebook Ads
