Position Overview The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise to manage a brand’s online presence effectively. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to align with business objectives. Identify target audiences and determine the most effective digital channels to reach them. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies. Campaign Management Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, visuals, and messaging for campaigns. Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities. Social Media Marketing Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and followers. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics. Analytics and Reporting Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Generate actionable insights and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders. Use data to refine strategies and achieve KPIs. Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, designers, and content creators. Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners. Budget Management Plan and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI. Skills and Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience : 3+ years of experience in digital marketing Technical Proficiency : Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, and others. Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better performance. Creative Thinking : Strong skills in content creation and branding. Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
