Job Description

You will be joining our Planning & Contracts Department as a Jr. Engineer contract or Asst Manager contract. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a sharp mind and a robust skill set in various areas including BBS, BOQ, Costing & Budgeting, Quantity Surveying & Billing (Structural/Finishing/Commercial), Project Planning, Scheduling & Tracking, Contract Management, Rate Analysis, Cash Flow, Budget Monitoring, and Vendor Negotiation. The role will be based in Kolkata at our Head Office, and we require candidates with 5-7 years of experience in the relevant field. A qualification of B.Tech/Diploma in Civil is preferred for this position. In addition to your experience and qualifications, you should also possess strong software skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, ERP & MIS Reporting.
