Jr. BIM Engineer - Civil

As an Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to learn, explore, and work in the field of BIM. You will be involved in various aspects of projects such as Concept Planning, Design Detailing using VR and other technologies, Architecture, Structure and Interior Co-ordination, Survey using Point Clouds/Laser Scanning, MEPF Services Coordination, and Construction Planning and Scheduling using 4D/5D Simulation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Study drawings and perform Design Development to create construction-oriented BIM models. - Conduct constructability analysis to predict clashes, RFls, and potential safety hazards. - Generate Design, GFC, and Shop Drawings using BIM-enabled software. - Prepare Quantity Estimation, Procurement Plans, and Project Management reports through the BIM model. - Extend 3D models to 5D BIM by integrating Time and Cost parameters. - Create Pre-bid presentations using BIM-based visualization tools. - Work on various software for design development, drawing generation, quantification, and project management for international projects. - Convert laser scan point cloud into information-rich BIM models for renovation purposes. - Work directly on large-scale international projects including airports, smart cities, SEZs, metros, hotels, and commercial projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proactive and a problem solver. - Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
