Jr Architect

You have a degree in Architecture with up to 12 months of experience in an Architectural company. Customer interface is mandatory for this role. You should have knowledge of software products such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup Pro, Basic Vaasthu principles, and AUTOCAD. Working or having an Internship in an architectural firm is a plus. If you are a 2024 or 2025 passout, this could be the right opportunity for you. This is a Work from Office role and it's a Paid Internship. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed plans for new construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments to ensure they meet customer requirements and align with sustainability principles. You will be preparing conceptual plans, blueprints, renderings, specifications, and all construction documents using specialist computer-aided design applications for the Home Plans Category. Coordination and integration of engineering elements into unified designs for review and approval will be part of your tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing detailed document sets according to guidelines and checklists for content specifying quality and file size for upload onto the website. You must compile project specifications and complete technical drawings that will be used to present a project for approval. Understanding the vision of the Home Plans Category and delivering innovative, aesthetic, and functional designs within deadlines are crucial aspects of this role. You will work in tandem with highly collaborative multidisciplinary teams and assist in researching and coordinating materials and products as per project specifications. Your excellent design and drafting skills, proficiency in computer-aided design, strong creative and visualization skills, keen listening ability to identify project needs, expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, as well as good interpersonal and presentation skills will be highly beneficial in this role. You should also be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to spend time outside your comfort zone acquiring new skills.,
