Arvayon Pro Build Studio is a fast-growing architectural and engineering design consultancy based in Nagercoil.

2D & 3D designs, interior and exterior design, structural design, estimations, and BIM detailing

Junior Architect

The candidate will work closely with senior architects, engineers, and designers to prepare conceptual and detailed drawings, design documentation, and visual presentations while ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of

  2D drawings, sections, elevations, and presentation plans

  .
• Develop

  3D models and renderings

  using relevant software tools.
• Support senior architects in

  concept design, detailing, and project coordination

  .
• Collaborate with

  structural, MEP, and interior teams

  for integrated project development.
• Prepare

  working drawings and approval documentation

  as per regulatory requirements.
• Participate in

  client meetings and design reviews

  when required.
• Maintain project files and ensure design consistency across deliverables.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape

  , and knowledge of

  Revit

  is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of

  architectural principles and detailing

  .
• Creative thinking with strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to

  multitask, meet deadlines

  , and work collaboratively in a team.
• Good

  communication and analytical skills

  .

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

  from a recognized institution.

• 0–2 years

  of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
