Job Title: BRS Junior Accountant

Location: Tirupati

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and supporting the finance department in day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank records and company books.

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Assist in posting journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.

- Support month-end and year-end close processes.

- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

- Assist with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash management.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internships count!).

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and BRS processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with ERP systems.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
