Jr. Accounts Executive

Position Overview:

We are in search of dynamic and ambitious Jr. Accounts Executive to join our team in a rapidly growing and industry-leading Commercial Kitchen Equipment & Accessories IMPORT business based out of Pune. You will play a pivotal role in managing various accounting functions, contributing to the financial success and growth of our company."

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• To prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statement including profit & loss, balance sheet, tax computations and others financial report.
• To handle group cash flow including monitoring daily bank balances, cash flow forecast and planning & verification of weekly payments.
• Responsible to manage and monitor company performance including assessment of product costing and profitability.
• Responsible to ensure company’s accounting records & systems are complied with company’s policies, related tax & statutory requirements.
• Responsible to review journal entries and ensure inter-companies accounts are accurate and maintain up to date General Ledger.
• Responsible to plan and verify weekly and monthly payments.
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Consultant, Bankers, Telco and government
• Make journal entries as part of the accounting process.
• Manage accounts payable and receivables.
• Utilize popular financial software for accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other members of the finance team to achieve common goals.
• Compliance:
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to finance laws and regulations.
• Good acknowledge of accounting standard, tax regulation and legal requirement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Junior Accountant.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems.
• Good Knowledge in Tally Prime.
• Candidate worked on Inventory management are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
